I've been involved one way or another, in energy conservation my entire adult career (way before "going green" was even a phrase). I have been employed by a local HVAC company for quite some time, and have made a difference through conscious efforts to design heating and cooling systems that are as efficient as possible that otherwise would be designed to be "good enough". I am an advocate of any technology that pays for itself quickly and is better for the planet than it's predecessor. You may see things here that are not related to solar power from time to time- but a positive difference is great no matter the source of energy!
